Class Drop request form.

Please note class drops MUST be received on or before 25th of the preceding month to be dropped. Example to drop for Feb., notice must be received by Jan. 25th. NO EXCEPTIONS.

I understand drops submitted after the 25th will not process until the end of next month. (example: drop notice submitted Feb 26th will create a drop date for the last day in March. had the notice been submitted by the cut off, the 25th as agreed when enrolling, the drop date would have been the end of FEB.)
